The Filkers platform is very intuitive Here are some tips to help you with some processes:

  1. Use the Search Filters in Gallery.
    We put at your disposal hundreds of templates.
    It is very important that you use the search filters so that you can find the Smart template that best suits you at all times.
    • Search by format. The templates of the format you need will be displayed. According to the publication you are going to make: Stories [vertical] , Post [cuadrado] , Covers or Banners [horizontal] .
    • Search by number of images. The templates will be displayed with the number of photos you are going to use.
    • Search by connected data. In case you want to make an ad with connected data, you must filter by those that have this option available. It only works if you have your online store connected or you are using the Filkers CMS.
    • Search by #. When you do this filter, the Smart templates will appear with examples of inspiration for the use of them. [Sales, service, retail, food, fashion, state agent]
  2. Use the search tool to find the perfect image for your ad.
    • In Stockyou have thousands of photos to use in your ads, perform search filters, you will work faster and have more variety.
    • You can also search Uploads, Meta and your Products.
      
  3. Name the Smart templates once customized.
    • In DESIGN when you edit the Smart template to proceed to personalize it you must rename it and that way when you have to look for it it will be easier for you.
    • The name is not displayed when the template is closed, but you can do search filters.
      
  4. Review the data of each box to be covered in the templates well before saving.
    • When you choose a Smart template in the Gallery, you can see that they have written content to serve as a reference and inspiration to create your own ad.
    • Review each field and all content before saving and exporting.
      
  5. Create Campaigns using names that help you identify their content.
    • Campaigns are the essential part where you encompass all the actions of your digital marketing.
    • Use easy to identify references according to the theme: “Summer 2020 sales”, “Summer 2020”, “Special promotion” …
      
  6. Create Playlists within Campaigns in an organized and well-named way .
    • It will help you to manage your publications faster.
